No insult intended, but if you were a true "ecologist", you would prefer solar power over nuclear hands down!

Solar power alone won't do it, but it certainly has a place in any intelligent energy mix. Passive solar power is a very efficient way of reducing space heating requirements.

Only houses that are designed to use solar power can use it efficiently.

Yogi, I do prefer solar to nuclear power, but at this stage it can't supply enough to meet all of our needs. I have a lot of money invested in Energy Conversion Devices (ener) that produces solar panels.
