A question...

A lot of people post on various threads that it is "illegal" to short BB stocks. Is this true? One stock that I follow, although no longer have any money in (OTCBB:JAWS) has message threads that have been consumed with talk of a "massive, illegal, naked" short for over a year now.

I imagine one of you here could answer this question factually, so if anyone has the time or inclination, I'd appreciate a little education on the subject.

TIA

wrong you are required to report your trades and most placess issue 1099's showing your proceeds ..and you have to show the other side..at some time..or maybe not..but you have to account for it somehow..consult an ACCOUNTANT..offering tax-advice is a bad idea ..here

denounce your citizenship, move to Cerevo Gold Island country and you can trade tax free. Ya, they actually named that country after the name of a beer. What a joke.
