On Friday I spoke with a lady in Investor Relations, her comments were not very conducive and as a matter of fact were negative; she did very little to give me incentive to buy COMS' stock. I personally think that the company is deliberately being indifferent about their image hoping we all panic and sell, so that they can buy their 15 Million shares at a discount. The average price paid last quarter was roughly $23.625 and I surmise they are hoping that they could buy into their own shares (this quarter) at the same price. The Directors are smart, they sell their own shares at a premium and down play the prospects of the company and buy back into it at a discount. It is fraud, but the key is proving it. Without help from within it is going to be an exercise in futility in proving this allegation. Hence, only a nuisance in litigation.

BTW - This is common practice in a lot of companies, but good luck in proving it.
