Internetwiz, You must call E*Trade and tell them that you wish to exercise your ICGE and USIT rights. They are not automatically exercised.

I held SFE on and off for two years now and ONE thing you should know about the options to the new issue is that not all of them are good. They have had dogs ( ie bad IPO ) and just in case you are un-aware you can SELL your rights on the market. E* Trade may not be the best discount broker ( IMHO ) to know or handle the transaction but it is worthwhile looking into since you can make extra cash and reduce your cost per share. I love this stock for that ability alone ! Audie
