Steve: I believe you may be mistaken about the SEC filing process. If a company submits form 10-K or Q, it doesn't have to be "accepted" before people can see it. If it exists, people can read it in a day or two when it shows up at the SEC's EDGAR site.

As to DCHT selling a fc to Northwest so it can test its reformer, I don't see what the big deal is. Northwest said that they wanted to buy a fc from everyone, and DCHT is one more everyone. (Since this is the ERC thread, I'll add that ERC isn't part of that everyone, because ERC's fc's don't need a reformer at all.) This tells us nothing about whether DCHT has the ability to make and sell them in a commercially successful manner. If it does indeed file in a few days, we will know a lot more about the company's capabilities then.
