I talk to IR at Marker July 14th. Chris said the deal was still on. If you check the link to Tecnica, in my previous post, you will see it is a done deal. Tecnica and Hank Tauber are negotiating about the preferred. The banks are figuring out whether to accept the offer also. The deal has a deadline from a German Bank.
