Edwin,

Spectrum's current board of directors has not been around through many years. Ken Spencer joined the board in November 1997 and was named Chairman shortly thereafter. Earlier this year 2 new directors were named. Mr Brennan joined the board in the Spring of 1996. Therefore more than 50% of the current board is relatively new in their roles.
