How did you come up with the avg. $20 profit figure?

Would you kindly provide your logic for each:

How did you figure avg. profit per ASIC?
How did you figure avg. royalty per box?
How did you figure avg. profit per box?

Please correct me if I've been misinformed, for Qualcomm, last quarter, ASP of handset was approx $250, ASP of ASIC was approx $23.25 (one ASIC per phone right?), and average royalty was approx 4%(?)
