it can take AT LEAST 2 years before such lawsuits are resolved. sometimes it takes 5, while in many cases it's simply settled. but till then, we have at least 2 years. it has to bounce. i just can't see how the MM will take all these shares for nothing. NEON (bid-ask)13 1/8- 13 3/16. i don't see any buying in almost all the stocks. people seem to be on the sideline. me no like it. hope this stock bounces soon, with some mutual fund buying --hopefully.
