Castro labels Winnipeg 'enemy territory'

WINNIPEG - Cuban President Fidel Castro has accused Canada and the United States of "dirty tricks" during the Pan Am Games in Winnipeg. The Cuban leader says Canadian organizers have deliberately hurt his country's chances to win gold.
