Neocon, I couldn't agree with you more. The way Washington state has been devaluing private property over the last decade and labelling it "wetlands" is criminal. Some bureaucrat comes in and claims half your property as wetlands and then it cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees to dispute it! I often wonder as I hear these stories how those environmentalist extremist groups (like Greenpeace) would feel if the government claimed their car was a hazard and confiscated it? What ever happened to "just compensation" anyway? Michael
