Frank,

I have a question about the ATHM network, if you have some time to answer. I listened to Milo Medin's debate vs Prodigy last week and he said that the ATHM network is intertwined withe the MSOs so that there is no clear demarcation where one ends and the other starts which is different than a dialup isp. Do you know what is involved here so that it so much more complex? Thanks as always.
