Brokerage house just lowered ASML to a "sell" if you can
believe that? Sell recommendations are practically unheard
of because the "house" typically likes to have a reasonably
good relationship with any firm. In this case, it comes as
a real shocker and a bummer for Cymer.

No reasons given that I can find. Just the downgrade.

Mao, I did not look at CYMI since this morning, I got out at a loss (from VECO as well) when it was clear that the B/A is going lower and that the turnips gave me a false signal last week. I was hoping for strength into the earning report, but that is not happening, so, I would not be surprised if $29 is breached and then my target will have to be the $25 to $26, and if the techies get wacked bad later this summer, even lower. That downgrade of ASML sure will not help. Do they know something we do not? Are they viewing the last three months of the BTB as "peaking action? Could be, they might even be right.
