Anyone knows when the San Francisco Vote will be released?

I heard it is today but I wonder if they will release it before the market closes. They are 3 hours behind so who knows. Any comments are appreciated.

Bandwidth is one thing, but for the retail surfer, latency would seem at least as important, and I think DSL may have the advantage there, though I haven't seen any hard numbers. You may also want to browse alloy.net -mb

here in cincinnati(po.1mm) you can get dsl at approx. 750 kbps download and 375 upload for 29.95/mo...Cincinnati is the area of the country with the largest number of broadband subscribers in the country,,cable isn't offered here yet except small pockets so they are trying to make it as difficult for time warner to compete effectively as possible...
