Susan ; I hate to say it but they are not letting me put in limit orders on TWE, at the bid or ask, for buying or selling they have locked her down and if you see buy orders at the ask it's just the filling of market orders, they are in compleat controal of the bid ask now, so that along with her steady fall and no real bounce has me cutting my losses, and I wont be back unless she gets below 10, fool me once shame on you, but fool me twice shame on me. I'm gone. Jim
