ON THE CATWALK: CELL Exxxxxcuse my laziness! Had not realized that the previous $5 was from a pre-gap period. Today is a bona fide signal for CELL, assuming a close off the low. Houston, we have signal... Cape Canaveral ...

CELL DROPPING TOWARD THE CLOSE Ooops. Not so fast there. That's why they call them cat rules. CELL now only 1/32 above the low. This is a 3-day maximum trade: They report earnings after Thursday's close, and ONE NEVER, NEVER, NEVER holds a cat through earnings.
