hsg -- <10 years from now> In a sector where it is hard to know who will survive the year, ten years from now is worth zip. That is the essential problem with owning these stocks -- they have no fundamentals -- they have imaginary pay-days post-dated to the distant future. It would be easier to predict the weather ten years from now than the fate of these companies.
