Richard the poverty level in Canada has been written up as 36,000 for a family of four in the Winnipeg you can get a classy home for 150 thousand a decent one for about 80. I don't think there is a home available in LA for 135 thousand.

I know how the poor do it in Winnipeg they do it under the table so it doesn't get taxed. God knows how the people working at hamburgers houses do it. I know house cleaners get about 70 here a day and i know that is under the table so you are looking at 350 a week an apartment in my mind is at least 600 car insurance is ever high and what is left nothing but grief and that is why you have so darn many homeless kids and people.
