Reading the posts on WINR, I've learned a lot, find the posts interesting, and have invested in this company based on what I've read and learned. I need someone to answer a question for me. What is the significance of becoming "fully reporting"?

OFF TOPIC: Mike, since this is OT, could you PM me and tell me more....whatever you know. Are you in it? Growth rate not as high as WINR, you say? Shares O/S and float? What is holding back their price....a high market cap? or non-reporting status? or is it just underfollowed and needing exposure like WINR?
