First of all, where do you get the information of the net buying and second, are you CERTAIN it is true, and third, why doesn't the price go up and fourth, WHO is doing the buying?

Also, can you define what you mean by net buying? Is if buys at market (ask) verses sells at market (bid) or somehow removes the market makers from the picture or something else? Thanks, Ted
