Their full summary of a WSJ article:
(CBS.MW) -- Cox Communications Inc. plans to buy the cable-TV assets of Gannett Co. for $2.7 billion, furthering consolidation in the heated cable-television business. According to The Wall Street Journal, under terms of the all-cash agreement, which could be announced as early as this week, Cox would get about 525,000 cable subscribers in Oklahoma, Kansas and North Carolina. Cox would be paying about $5,100 a subscriber, a new high in the cable industry, where prices for cable viewers have continued to balloon in the past few years. The acquisition would expand Cox's growing footprint across the country. The Wall Street Journal
