If it starts heading there I will be out and waiting.

Actually I don't think it shall go there but the Contingency Plan is to sideline myself if it "looks" as if it shall.

My guess is the pits have to run the stops to the 59-60 level because the 61 appears to be too neatly done for it to hold for real.... after a "take 'em up" to about the 64/64.5 level.

UP has to be the pressure and the way to play the spoo, or at least that is the way it seems to me, but the 66 level is still hard resistance and must give way before a good rise can be sustained.
