As another wild thought, SEG indicated their profits will hurt over $200 million in the next couple quarters because of too many DD players. Perhaps they could buy WDC cheap right now, take their customer lists and good employees, and reduce the competition on the desktop market. Their gain in profits may offset their costs for the purchase.
