<< IT APPEARS WE HAVE HIT A BOTTOM>>

I think so too and bought a little at 24 1/2. It depends of course on closing today higher.

Having watched COMS closely for almost 3 years, it appears to me that many traders and institutions - including many on this thread - wait for a decline to end. When they think it has, they pile in and you will get several positive days in a row.

As I see it, there is not much resistance until ~ 26 1/2.

In today's market, one cent above analyst expectations is a sure negative indicator, two cents could be neutral, three cents could be slightly positive, and four cents could cause a pop. Just meeting expectations could cause a stock to drop like a rock.
