DONT HARASS THE CEO !!!!!! I was amazed. Paulson called me back in less than an hour !!!!!!! here's his story... Evern merged with another co. (forgot the name. I was excited about the call). The combined co. fired a lot of the employees and one of them was the one assigned to NAVR. They did not inform NAVR. So Paulson terminated NAVR relations with Everen. They ahve a new firm but have not announced the name so he could not give it to me. They have to file another s1-a to show the new investment banking firm and updated financials which should be approved almost immediatley (he thinks). then its off to roadshow - unless the investment bankers take off on vacation last 2 - weeks of August whcih they normally do. So it looks like begining of September........ If he screws up on this, that will be it. DOnt care how much I lose I will be out.
