What you are seeing is that most investors will sell when they see a loss start to get out of control. Fear.

No one can short this stock right now.

When the fear becomes too great or the stock seems to be stabilizing, you will see it start to go up. Then we will see how low is "low" on this stock.

Bottom fishing is only for the pros.

I believe what HMQT is doing is illegal. For every x times a market maker is on the ask, that same market maker HAS to be on the bid. I don't think HMQT is shorting, just selling...I've almost never seen this before.

HMQT on the ask = 25

HMQT on the bid = 0
