someone help me figure out DRGI.. mogul you up to it..

PR yesterday says DRGI "today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cordless Power Corporation, has finalized a Letter of Intent with PrePaid Cellular Solutions, Inc. of Melbourne, Florida""

and then

"''Gross sales are projected to exceed $1,500,000 per month within the first 120 days of the project ramp-up,'' stated Mr. Chris Beck, President of Cordless Power Corporation. "

I realize this is a letter of intent.. so if they dont finalize it then it's nothing.. but if they do finalize it then with 7.7million shares outstanding (if this is accurate) wouldn't this contract alone give them a $2 book value? need to know what the profit margins are.. but factoring in an EPS and that they have some real estate thing in talks and a joint venture rumored to be announced within a few days and Lance B on his board that they have a whole bunch of things in the works (he called them)..

well, what am I missing? should I buy more DRGI ; in at .085 myself.. where'd you get in? oops.. hey getting late and need to run to work... I'll look for responses later tonight

take care
