Larry, How far with Father Gregory go!!! I can't believe this. He is the one who creates the need for the hearings and HE cancels the hearing? More wasted Naxos time, more wasted Naxos money, more waiting for the other shoe to drop. This is so far out of the range of reasonable and ethical behavior I can't believe there is any reason left even for his supporters to stand behind him any more.

We need to clear the deck of this issue once and for all and the hearing could have done that. Unfortunately, if his trading records were going to be pulled out in court, it creates a very bad impression as to why he now decides to cancel the hearing.

Isn't there a legal channel to force the hearing to happen anyway?

C'mon Naxos. There is only one way we are going to get the train moving again, and it's not making a "deal" with Father Gregory. Just get that Lithium up and running and let's see some independent verification of the "encouraging" gold numbers. That will get the cooled off coals in the burner fired up again. I know most will look at it as a long shot, but at least it's a shot at getting this company back on track!

Larry you are dreaming. IMO Father Gregory is continuing to pursue his (shareholders)legal battle to give Naxos shareholders their day in court. I will continue to assume that is the case until I see it otherwise on Naxos letterhead.

Your planted rumor to sway shareholder opinion is a joke. Any it will backfire. This is not a public opinion poll, it is a business.

IMO Father Gregory completed his affidavit on Wednesday or Thursday last week and 1-3 days before he was to get on a plane(Tuesday - Wednesday this week) to go to Vancouver and be deposed and attend the hearing, Naxos instructed is lawyers to ask for volumes of data that could not possibly been compiled in two days, so the hearing was delayed. The delay was a (good) legal tactic on the part of Naxos not Father Gregory. Why do you think Naxos management in Vancouver is so afraid of giving shareholders their day in court?
If they are so high and mighty and right, why not get it over with?

P.S. IMO his personal trading records were already submitted as part of the initial proxy fight. I do not believe that was cause for the delay.

One of us is wrong.

If I am wrong and Father Gregory dropped his lawsuit, and a press release is issued today, I will apologize for questioning you here tonight.

If I am wrong and the lawsuit was dropped, Naxos would be obligated to issue a press release IMMEDIATLY as it a material event. Naxos should have come out with the "news" prior to the rumor being leaked out. What excuse could they use this time?

Did you see a press release saying the suit was dropped? I didn't either.

Larry as I said if I am wrong I will apologize to you here tonight.

On the other hand, if we do not see a press release today I suggest you contact you "source" and find out why he/she gave you this misleading information to pass out. What would be, in advance, an acceptable excuse for anyone giving you this type misinformation and would you find their answer acceptable?

Larry with more stories and excuses as opposed to results coming out of Vancouver, it would be nice to have this matter settled once and for all.

Regards,

Max
