Tom, I have a feeling that the bishop told him to get out of the greed business. Maybe that's why he's backing off? This whole episode sure says something about his character. Not a particularly good model IMO. But then Naxos management hasn't been a model to emulate either. <VBG>

Naxos should insist on an immediate hearing to clear the air and
get the company back on track..

What possible reason could anyone have for delaying this hearing ?
He/She/They should be immediately mandated to appear before the
court and put an end to this cat and mouse game...
