Texas Dude--Sorry if you thought I was trying to "redickle" the Dude. Believe me, I'd never want to do THAT to the Dude... I have to say, though, Tex, that it's, why...simply amazing...that with the many of thousands of stocks out there, that you've somehow picked this very one as the place for you to light and give us the very generous benefit of your point of view, and this despite the fact that you say you aren't short or long!! I just can't restrain myself from asking this question, Texas Dude, how many other stock threads do you spend this much time on, and in which you don't have an interest one way or the other? I barely have time to read the posts for the two stocks that I own, let alone flit like a butterfly from thread to thread for stocks that I don't own! How do you do it? But more pointedly, Why do you do it? Dang, Dude, but I come from a town smaller 'n a hair on a gnat's backside, and when we come up against stuff that jus' don't make sense, we figger that somethin' ain't straight 'n the game... You probably won't see this for a while cuz'n you're probably over visitin' the Red Cross thread, but when you mosey back, I hope you'll 'nlighten us'n here...

HYPOTHESIS - one of the definitions according to Webster is "an interpretation of a practical situation or condition taken as a ground for action." When a person who is neither long or short spends a great deal of time, patience and energy in stating negative thoughts about WAVX and in responding to the favorable WAVX posts in a counter-punching style and also has a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of WAVX and the SI and RB boards; this to me sounds like a poster who is an agent of the market makers and/or the short-seller operators. They do this to persuade or intimidate the longs to sell so that they can profit. Sometimes this intense effort to spread fear among the longs is an accurate signal of good news to be forthcoming. (they want to scoop up as many weak longs as they can before the good news is announced]. Sometimes it may mean that they intend to cover their shorts or possibly reverse and go long because of the favorable low price that they have created. This may apply to the Texas Dude.
