Eddie,
Hi!!!

RE: re: niles and kumar..YES!..MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE !!!!

Some things in life really bother me...lack of responsibility and lack of accountability are right up there...

I used to not appreciate the antics of Muhammad Ali...probably because I was a Joe Frazier fan...we were both from Philadelphia area..I ran into him while he was training in the Poconos for the first Ali fight...the one he did win...I was coming out of the field house and he happened to be walking back to his Harley...we talked awhile and discussed "his strategy for Ali"...So, I rooted in my heart for Joe..But, only after I read about the life and work ethic of Ali did I appreciate him...the more I read and the more I learned the more I understood Ali had earned what he boasted of...
No...I don't mind braggin'...If ya can prove it..if you can't shut up..and if you boasted ...took your 20 minutes of fame and got embarrassed...Say so!!!

Best, Kemble

Eddie,

In Kumar's defense, he did do a U-turn back in March and said DELL was back; his exact words I believe was "THE DELL MAGIC IS BACK"! He has also maintained a 'Buy' rating throughout, short-term and long-term.

Niles however is another story. He reminds me of Tom Kurlak of Tiger Management (formerly of Merrill Lynch). He seems to have a personal vendetta going with DELL and INTEL, and refuses to budge from his bearish stance, maintaining a 'Hold' short-term, which is analyst-speak for 'Sell'.

I do agree that ALL analysts should be held accountable. Its much too easy for them to take a chance and be bearish on a stock and if correct, make a name for themselves and become the axe on the stock.

Best Wishes,

Sam
