Hello all, I too have the rights showing in my account positions with zero value. My account has an odd lot amount of shares and they initially rounded down the number of rights. The prospectus clearly states that the formula is to round up. Make sure your broker does this for you or correct them if they make an error. ie. 1125 shares of SFE should get you 113 ICGE and 57 USIT.

I would advise that everyone (that wants to participate) contact their broker's reorganization department and notify them that you definitely want to exercise the right to purchase the IPO shares in both ICGE & USIT.

I was told by my broker that they needed word from me in order to exercise the option on my behalf. They also suggested that I fax or send a letter. If you don't want to miss this opportunity, I would get on the phone with your broker TODAY!

Good luck!

Rob
