This deal signals a change in MVEE's strategy from the G&G philosophy of producing massive quantities of low budget films and hoping a few would create enough interest to make a profit.

The new management team seems intent on securing rights to performers and projects that will immediately have box office appeal, rather than simply trying to fill a content void created by the promise of a 500 channel worldwide television utopia which will supposedly engulf our planet in the coming century.

Although $12.5 million is not large by today's standards, it is much bigger than the $1-5 million range that seemed to be in G&G's sights.

Also, it's rather impressive that a lousy, no good, worthless .05 penny stock company can structure such a deal. Sounds more like the price should be .005. I mean, Jean Claude Van Damme, Brooke Shields, who are these people?
