F.G. is not a party to the suit; what makes you think that he would have to appear? Based on the suit, I doubt that anyone could make him a party either; eg. no counter claims or cross claims exist other than to say, "hey he was saying good things about the stock and that is a defense to us saying bad things because we were right and he was wrong"...... nope, it doesn't work that way.

Short Selling Bashers United: You seem to have forgotten the subject, ZSUN... As ZSUN rises, you seem to have become mute and bewildered by its bright Display of Lights. So your posts are now centering on personal attacks upon a ZSUN believer who happens to be right about its upward trend and value. This is similar to what could be expected from small, spoiled, bad mannered brat-children, throwing a Tantrum because they've been told they just can't have it: ZSUN at $2.00 to cover their shorts and prove to their Peers they were right... Looks like at least 20% of the trades, or some 170,000 shares were bought today by Institutions and large Brokerages that appear to continue accumulating the stock in preparation for the filing to AMEX or NASDAQ and the next logical step: analyst coverage... thomsoninvest.net F.
