ZSUN POWERING ON: LAST TRADE at 16:12....10,000 shares @ $12.125

SUMMARY

1) After Hours trading close at top of range: $12 1/8...

2) $12.00 Resistance level broken: it opens the way to $17.50...

3) Strong Volume: 840,000 shares traded...

CONCLUSION: ZSUN+6% is slowly powering through the large Short Position and increasing the Squeeze... During the last two days of the week, we SHOULD see ZSUN volume going over 1 Million shares and the price in the $15.00 range, in the opinion of this biased long...

REB

That is a great observation. However that was not my reason for asking if he was going to attend court. My logic behind that question was exactly as it was asked. Would F. Goelo + + + be attending court as a concerned and biased long. This question has nothing to do with his presence as a requirement, eg. a subpoena. It is apparent that if he were to be subpoenaed, then without a doubt F. Goelo + + + will be attending. Unless of course, that subpoena could not legally be served, eg. not a citizen and resides outside of this country.

I mean F. Goelo + + + has spent a great deal of time defending the honor of zsun, so a natural assumption might be that he would indeed relish attending court, to see if his "convictions" were correct.

I hope this has helped you to better understand the logic behind my question.
