I disagree. The ongoing concern opinion, given a week ago, is re HITT.

Your link is to a press release. The press release says, The figures reported by the Company are internally prepared and have not been subjected to audit. Three days after that press release, the auditor was gone. Why do you think they quit? Why is another auditor quitting a good thing?

The auditor's resignation reflects negatively on Hitsgalore, not SCMI.

It is true that the going concern qualification reflects the financial conditions as of 12/31/98, which was SCMI. Moreover, everybody who read the 10k was already aware of the going concern qualification.

The going concern is not the news.

What is the news is that the auditor says it does want Hitsgalore as its client.

As bad as it was, SCMI was good enough a client for them. But not Hitsgalore. This implies that the auditor believes Hitsgalore is a less desirable client than SCMI. They are the second auditor to do this.

That's two auditors that have made negative statements about Hitsgalore.
