While Bob and most here don't usually look at individual components of the sentiment numbers I think it is important to point out that the bears are down to an actual 24.6% which is the lowest number for bears since 7/1998. Hmmm, let's see if we remember what happened after we peaked in July 1998. Looking over my records we peaked out last year on 7/17/98, the end of the second week of July before falling out of bed which corresponds to July July 16th this year. The second week in July is historically strong and I believe also historically has often marked a market turn Marc
