All of your points make a great deal of sense...

But I believe its been overdone and the buyers will return, but the upside is limited.

However if 1340± on the SPX does not hold I will reverse my position.

TYX is still near the morning highs.

200sma 15 min at 1374 on the spoo chart...market dropped right off it
On the 5min at 1366 it fell off

For small accounts those kind of moves are brutal...It doesn't take to much to be way behind. I'd imagine a few accounts are looking at margin calls this morning. Only way to protect against these unexpected moves is to trade Very Lightly.

Do you know if these types of moves happen mostly over-nite or mostly durning market hours....any data on this?
