I wish you were right. Maybe you are. I am just believing the figures on page 5 of the prospectus which I downloaded from the SFE website safeguard.com In the middle of page 5 it says... <<Shares outstanding after the U.S. and international offerings.. 123,765,124 shares. Over-allotment option 1,800,000 shares.>> So I added those two numbers together to come up with my 125M shares. How do you reconcile the difference? I tend to believe the worst-case scenario.
