I agree w/ these posts on Greenspan. You can't teach an old dog new tricks, and he tends to the negative because in some deep way he has not metabolized what is happening with technology/productivity/global economy. In many ways he's been a sobering and helpful influence, and his rate cuts last year helped a lot, but on the other hand, he just doesn't get it. And he never will. This is a new era and he's not of it.

On the other hand if we are right and he is wrong then the market will once agian prove that his opinion isn't worth listening to and one should treat him as an irrate buying opportunity creator... perhaps the greatest BO creator of all time.
