The article just said MR.Carl Icahn consider to invest in Pharmos. Also said that Mr. Haim Aviv even no met him . Carl spent 2 years in medical school. His capital $2.2B . I like the idea that Carl will invest as a financial partner in Pharmos. For him $30M is less than pocket money.We don't need more. I also prefer Pharmos manage P3 WITHOUT BIG PHARMA. The only value added of big pharma as partner is a prestige. It's good for the ego but gives Pharmos much much less in the bottom line. Pharmos will make a contract with Carl or other financial groups similar to a contract with big pharma but just for finance terms. With this kind of contract as a financial partner there is no transfer of shares.
