My first contribution to the thread... been paper trading the E-mini for a while with nice success.. now on to the real thing.

Today short at 1352.. buy stop set at 1346. If stopped, I'll look to go back on the short side.. market looks sick.

Regards,
Mike

Edit - just got stopped at 134675

I never look at things like ticks.... it's just that I happened to glance and notice it... it struck me as being very odd.....

Zero does not pay attention as closely as a day trader might.

We had this discussion last year. Someone said that a minus 1200 TICK indicated that it had to reverse.

I recall at the time I phoned a friend of mine who tracks that stuff...Hank Camp as a matter of fact.

He said it could drop, then hit 1600 in three days.

Three days later, 16, 1700.

++++++++++

It can get much lower, no question. I've seen it. Matter of fact, I think I saw it pushing even higher once.

GZ, when you are pulling in 40 handles in a few days on the downside and taking in 100 plus handles on the upside this past month....who cares about the tick -vbg-
