I listened to the Lam conference call. It was extremely bullish overall (forecasted $0.50 EPS in current quarter vs. $0.25 analysts' estimates) and included some CMP comments that should be of interest to SFAM investors. Specifically, he said that about half of thier beta sites have expanded thier evals to include both copper and STI. Bagley expects another Teres beta eval to conclude favorably during the current quarter, generating follow-on production orders. Mr. Sam
