I have to disagree with you. A person is responsible for his/her own actions. The shooter alone is responsible for his/her actions.

Much of what ails society today is lack of accountability.

Love your commentary, just happen to disagree on this point.

He was also a suspect in the murder of his first wife and mother-in-law in 1994, and collected on the life insurance.
