Few posts back Elmer attributed CuMine coming close to Athlon in FP performance due to "Intel compiler improvements". Need I say more?

Can you comment on the leff of Intel compilers? Will we see a similar jump in compiler technology when Intel transitions to 0.13u? ;^))

No. Your bias is plain enough. I said in part due to compiler improvements. You of course assume that that means smoke and mirrors. I don't agree but believe what you want. If it means the use of SSE do you still think that is just a benchmark game?
