johnd: Gates sold 3,000,000 shares as part of a regular diversification. This amounted to approximately .00033 of his holdings-a pittance. This is not the same as the AOL Pres. Pittman selling nearly 20+% of his equity if you counted his options. I find it interesting how you blithely follow up with the comment that MSFT is going to continue to drift down until the fall. Do you come by this through Tea Leaves or other mediums? Given a current 26% growth rate in PC's and the great start that OFFice 2k has and the introduction of Win2K why do you feel that this premier stock should continue to be punished by the market. Do you have a reason or is this a gut feeling? JFD
