John F. Dowd:
Do you know the reason why MSFT went down from 100.75 to 86-15/16
during the last 9 trading days? Pretty much same reasons.
(a) Market "perception" that revenue growth of msft is slowing
(b) Market "perception" that 60+ PE is too rich
(c) DOJ noise
(d) Insider, momentum player, short seller, day trader pressures
(e) Sept (9999) fear, Y2K market correction fear
(f) Inflation related overall market sell-off. MSFT is in
every mutual fund and represent 4.5% of SP500

Having said that it could bounce up tomorrow or Monday, but I
am talking about short term trend.

Also, I am solid bull for long term (1 to 2 yr out)
