17 months the lying rapist is no longer president. He ain't going away and he ain't the only enemy:

''The only thing that could explain this love of tax cuts is a lowered IQ.'' Thus Margaret Carlson of Time magazine, venting on a television program last weekend.

Tax cutters are ''mostly Republican ideologues like Bill Archer and Dick Armey, whose primary interest is in giving tax breaks to affluent Americans.'' Thus leftist economist Barry Bluestone in the current issue of The New Republic.

''Republicans have created the illusion of paying back their wealthy supporters and corporate special interests in a bill that will never become law.'' Thus US Representative Pete Stark in the House debate last week.

''I'll be damned if I am going to let a bunch of supply-side extremists destroy our middle class to pay for tax cuts for the wealthy,'' declared Richard Gephardt, the House Democratic leader, in 1996. That was about the time Ted Kennedy was barking, ''Keep your tax-cutting, greedy hands off our Medicare'' and Nina Totenberg was telling TV viewers that ''there is another word for the way they are behaving. They are behaving like whores.''

I begrudge every microcent of my earnings that go into Nina Totenberg's pocket - she who behaves like a socialist bitch.

Bill,I guess this is off topic but thought you might get a chuckle out of it. I don't watch the Oprah show but a friend called me saying that her show today included comedians. One of them said that he thought Clinton might have fit in well with the old Rat Pack in the '50s. You know, the saxaphone, chasing women, etc. However, he was concerned that Clinton's choice in women might not be up to rat pack standards. He said Sammy Davis Jr. had a glass eye and he could still pick better looking white women than Clinton! TD

The thing I hate the most about Clinton is his insistence
that he "protect" social security and medicaire. I would
prefer that we completely ended social security and medicaire
and gave everyone their contributions back. It's time for
people to take responsibility for themselves, instead of
being dependent on the government. Clinton thrives on
this very dependence. If we all were responsible for our
own retirement, we'd rely less on politicians who waste
our money to further their own personal finances.

I'm also tired of our President being a whore and traitor-
how can Americans accept the campaign contributions from
corporations and entities controlled by the People's
Republic of China?
