Well, facts are facts and if you think this incident won't affect the way trading rooms are run, then your head is buried in the sand or worse. The liability that will be incurred for failure provide prudent precautions for the safety of the investor will be non trivial. Look at the earnings potential of a trader in their twenties or thirties projected over their normal life expectancy. Treble damages for penalties. Do most calculators have that many digits?
