Overseas money is as good as local money. There must be reasons for money to put in to certain country, certain industry and certain company. For overten years, Nikkei has been sleeping. It might be the time now.

Italics mine... So what may we postulate as to what will drive the economy during the winter...??? with y2k around the headline in 6 months could be: " the recent cold wave and lack of heating and electricity has helped boost demand for sake and blankets"
